Over the course of the week you’ll step away from everyday life and press ‘pause’ on all the ‘shoulds’, ‘musts’, and ‘have to’s’ that your schedule demands. You’ll learn mindfulness skills applicable to daily life (not just to ‘holiday life’) and you’ll learn how to make meaningful changes.
You’ll have the opportunity to identify your personal values and future life goals. You’ll take home all those feelings you normally get from a holiday plus much more. Plus a sense of clarity, self-efficacy, and a plan. About how to live a rich, full, and meaningful life.
